As the CEO Jonathan Hernandez is the founder of TRUE Receipt and it's sister branding companies TRUTHFUL TAXES, TRUE Brokerage, TRUE Real Estate LLC, Prime Time Fried Chicken. Jonathan F Hernanadez holds a degreee is Business Managment and graduated with honors with Summa Cum Laude. Jonathan Hernandez has helped some of the largest corporations in the world excel in their building real estate programs which consist of Mount Sinai, NY Board Of Education and the YMCA. Jonathan Hernandez currently holds over 30 engineering licenses and 54 building certifications. It's Jonathan Hernandez in depth knowledge for engineering that has allowed him to strategically grow each business to the companies they are today. Jonathan Hernandez currently oversees a team of over 200 employees across the US.

Professional boxer who competed from 2001 to 2017 and has since worked as a boxing commentator and analyst for SHOWTIME Championship Boxing. He held world championships in two weight classes, including the IBF junior welterweight title from 2007 to 2008, and the WBA welterweight title from 2012 to 2013. Malignaggi competed once as a bare knuckle boxer in 2019.

Mel has devoted his career to strengthening the diverse and multicultural communities of New York City and as a lifelong resident, he understands the importance of responding to local community needs with an unwavering commitment to quality and excellence.
